HCL is hiring Healthcare/Pharma/Medical/ biotech professionals for below position for one of its esteemed US client which deals in Blood and Plasma Management equipment

Shift: US shift (Night Shifts)

Salary: Upto 5LPA (**Basis last CTC drawn)

Education : Degree in Biotechnology

Candidates should be excellent in speaking English,

 
Job Responsibility 

First Point of Contact for any issues related to Blood & Plasma Management
Analyse and resolve moderately complex application problems faced by clients in Timely manner
Assist in identification , validation , review and approval of customer support procedures
Documents problem and resolution accurately
Escalates or hands off issues to other areas appropriately
Follows established Procedures and process in resolving the issues
provides support to customers via Phone or E-mail

Skill Sets :

Excellent Communication Skills

Knowledge of Computer Science

Knowledge of Healthcare / Medical Terminologies

Knowledge of blood and plasma management preferred
