1. Ensure that pre analytical errors are minimized by verifying patientssample ID versus the request forms
2.Perform phlebotomy and collect appropriate samples from patients in appropriate Vaccutainers
3.Prepare test samples for processing i.e. centrifuging, separation plasma serum etc
4.Test patient samples, under supervision of senior technicians.
5.Help senior staff in stock taking, placing indents and maintain stock registers
6.Take proper care of equipment, and refer to appropriate source for preventive and corrective maintenance.
7.Participate in teaching programs of Triesta Sciences HealthCare Global
8.Comply with all requirements as may be required by national or international laboratory accreditation programs
9.Maintain all related documentation.
10.Demonstrate professional conduct with patients, laboratory personnel, and other health care professionals, and with the public.
11.Learn and standardize new techniques and procedures, as and when required.
12.Knowledge about the consent forms, safety procedures.
13.Built the knowledge and get trained in various departments like Accession, Heamatology,BioChemistry.
14.Cross functioning of different departments.
