• Microbiological results interpretation and timely communication to concerned team in appropriate manner.
• Contribute in developing and conducting GMP and hygiene trainings.
• Realize testing of warehouse and market samples on Global 3D parameters in absence of RMPM analyst.
• Participate and qualify in Micro proficiency test for CSD & NCB as per applicability. Achieve Z score in blue band.
• Play lead role in AIB, HACCP food safety audits and coordinate other food safety aspects.
• Conduct hygiene and GMP audit to at least once in a month.
