Job Responsibilities
- To do all the IPQC tests as per the production plan.
- To perform the SRD test, BET test, Virus titration test, Safety test in cell culture, Sterility test, Other extraneous agents in cell culture, avian viruses test in eggs and all other IPQC tests and maintain the records for the same.
- To check timely calibration and validation of all the critical equipment related to IPQC.
- To prepare the sterility medium, agar plates and other solutions required to carry out the IPQC test.
- To perform all the stability studies and prepared the validation protocol related to IPQC checks of concentrate and finish products.
- To maintain the stock of all the items like reference standards, antiserum and NIBSC standard and all other materials related to the IPQC test.
- To monitor all the parameters of all the equipment present in the IPQC lab.
- To observe all sterility checks of production samples.
- To perform all the environmental monitoring of the production area and maintain the record.
