1 .Post: Junior Research Fellow (DBT-NER Project: "Candidate gene association mapping for tolerance to iron toxicity and low phosphorus stress in rice"; Project duration-till September 2022)

2 .Emoluments& Eligibility: Rs. 31,000/- plus 24% HRA per month for two years and Rs. 35,000 plus 24% HRA pm in third year. Eligibility as mentioned in OM No. SB/S9/Z-08/2012 dtd. 30-01-2019
  • Essential: First class Master in Science degree in Agriculture (Crop Physiology/Genetics /Agronomy), Biotechnology/ Botany (Plant Physiology)/ Life Sciences (plant science) from UGC recognized University.
  • Desirable: Experience in working with field crops, hydroponics, data analysis and interpretation, report writing.
Age: Maximum age is 32 years for SRF and 28 years

Venue. Division of Plant Physiology, ICAR-IARI New Delhi.

How To Apply
‘Walk - in - Interview’ on 14th October 2019 A walk-in-interview will be held at Division of Plant Physiology, ICAR-IARI New Delhi. The candidates will have to compulsorily bring the filled in application form (as per the format annexed), all the original certificates from matriculation onwards, date of birth certificate, NET/equivalent certificate, degree certificate either original or provisional and one set of the self-attested photocopies of all the required certificates from matriculation onwards and an attested copy of recent passport size photograph pasted onto the application form. Proof of experience and publications also need to be submitted.
